Challenge within a challenge—Try to continue with this through the month–
Logging…it can be a scary word to hear. But its one I recommend for everyone, whether you are trying to reach your goals on your own, or you plan to come to me (or other nutritionists).
It’s important to see where you are currently at, understand the foods you are eating, and also track to ensure you are staying on your planned route along the way. Until you get really good at recognizing certain foods, it’s a recommended practice. Yes, at first it’s a bit annoying or you forget, but once you get into a habit it becomes easy.
