Leading into my 5th decade of my life- I am blessed with movement that I almost lost from an accident. With that said it does not mean I have not started to feel my years! I just refuse to let minor aches own me.
Here is a good article on micro movement! Banish your aches and pains….. This is also where gut health plays an important role and eating anti- inflammatory foods. More on that at a later date!
Here are some micro movements I am doing with the kids on the monkey bars…. Ages 8-10 have been hesitant to try things like going down the fire pole and suspending from Monkey bars. If I spot them they will do it assisted – it is not long before they are showing me new ways!
