I DIY my curry and Chinese – what do you do?

Why this challenge?

 

Well! This is why…google your fav take out food..look at the recipe…often there is a call for A LOT of added sugar, or sauces (that have tons of sugar), or fats from XYZ sources. Yes, you want it to taste the same or similar…but guess what! There are ways you may be able to tweak that recipe to make it just a wee-bit more healthy.
