What!?!? Ok so I get it, sometimes you only eat shakes in the morning, sometimes you don’t eat anything because you are running late…But I want you to actually try to make foods in the morning for breakfast. Just to switch it up.
Try something new, out of habit. Please take note of the macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) that are associated with that breakfast.
