Make something in your instapot or crock pot. If you already use these regularly, find a new recipe. If you have one but its full of dust, bust it out! When meal planning for the week, these two items are GREAT tools for healthy meal prepping. I’m in love with the instapot because it cooks sweet potatoes with an oven flavor in 20-25 minutes! They are also awesome for cooking raw (uncanned) beans in a faster way than the usual soak for days. Stick your head in the fridge, and see what you have. Then google recipes to cook those items in the crock or instapot.
