When is the best time to Exercise when you have Diabetes?

The best time to exercise is the time you are most likely to do it. If exercising at night fits your schedule better, then by all means do it then. If getting a workout first thing in the morning makes you feel more energetic, all the better.

If you have Diabetes getting to know how your body responds to certain exercises is the critical component along with testing your glucose levels as you start new routines.  Slow and steady wins the race.
